General description MackOne account

You can create a MackOne account on our website. First enter an e-mail address, a password and your full name. You can then voluntarily add further information in your profile.

The MackOne account is a central registration service which can only be used for the Europa-Park Resort. Just registering will enable you to purchase tickets in the Mack International ticket shop, browse the Europa-Park online shop, borrow films and series from the streaming platform VEEJOY and manage your bookings and reservations in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app.

Applicable requirements

The accessibility requirements are based on the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG), particularly on Sec. 14 BFSG in conjunction with Annex 3 No. 1 BFSG, and on the underlying ordinance (BFSGV), particularly Secs. 12, 19 BFSGV. The specific technical measures of our website are based on the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Version 2.2, Conformance Levels A and AA.
